I actually prefer the term wellness care over maintenance care.
The phrase “maintenance care” sounds like we’re just trying to keep you where you are today. That’s not our goal.
Our goal is to help you continue improving your health, maintain better mobility, reduce stress on your joints, and keep your body functioning the way it was designed to.
Think of it the same way you think about brushing your teeth, exercising, or eating healthy. You don’t wait until you have a cavity before brushing your teeth. You don’t only exercise after you’ve gained 30 pounds.
